Financing for second homes
Financing for second homes on the Costa Blanca tends to be somewhat stricter:
- Financing between 60% and 70% of the appraised value, depending on the bank.
- Slightly higher interest rates and shorter terms than for first residences (no more than 25 years).
- The buyer’s creditworthiness and income stability are evaluated in greater detail.
Some banks may request additional collateral or supplementary guarantees.
