Non-resident buyers in Spain can also access a mortgage, although with certain particularities:

  • Financing up to 60% or 70% of the appraised value, depending on the country of origin and financial profile.
  • Additional documentation: NIE, passport, proof of income and assets and, in some cases, tax representative in Spain.
  • Banks may require linked insurance and, in certain cases, a larger deposit as collateral.
  • It is advisable to have a trusted financial advisor or broker to help you compare offers and manage the documentation efficiently.
