How much does it cost to inherit a property on the Costa Blanca?

The Valencian Community has already approved the draft bill that will allow a 99% rebate on Inheritance and Gift Tax (ISD) to be applied to certain family members, with effect from 28 May 2023.

This means that this tax will be practically free for both heirs and donees, as opposed to what has been the case until now (0% rebate on donations and 50% rebate on inheritances).
